British University is proud to announce a strategic partnership with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Georgia Chapter—marking a significant step forward in our commitment to leadership development, professional excellence, and organizational transformation.

Under this newly signed agreement, British University and ICF Georgia will work together across three key areas:

1. Coaching Programme for Academic and Administrative Staff
   We will co-develop and implement a customized coaching programme aimed at enhancing the leadership, communication, and personal development capacities of our academic and administrative teams. This initiative supports our broader vision of building a values-based, high-performance institutional culture grounded in empathy, accountability, and growth.

2. EMBA Course on Coaching for Executives
   As part of the Executive MBA curriculum, a new course on coaching will be introduced. Designed and delivered in collaboration with ICF-accredited professionals, the course will empower emerging leaders and senior executives with practical coaching tools and techniques to drive team performance, strategic thinking, and personal resilience in complex environments.

3. Joint Coaching Services for Corporate Clients
   Leveraging the strengths of both institutions, British University and ICF Georgia will jointly offer coaching services to corporate partners. These services will be tailored to the needs of organizations seeking to enhance employee engagement, cultivate leadership pipelines, and navigate change through evidence-based coaching practices.
