On the 10th of August, 2020, Unique Learning (a partner of the British University in Georgia) held the HMC and ASSIST scholarship programmes award ceremony.
In September, the winners will continue studying at leading private schools in Great Britain and the United States.
13 winning candidates will go to the UK this year to study at the A-level:

- Luka Kirtadze – Reddam House School
- George Khabuliani – Reddam House School
- Guram Jimsheleishvili – Reddam House School
- Nini Daraselia – Harrogate Ladies’ College
- Keti Matsaberidze – Harrogate Ladies’ College
- Salome Gorjomelidze – Harrogate Ladies’ College
Winners of the American Scholarship Programme ASSIST are:
- Tamar Gonashvili – The Masters School
- Anastasia Chikovani – Virginia Episcopal School
- EleneDidberidze – The Loomis Chaffee School
The award ceremony was attended by the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, Ekaterine Dgebuadze; the director of HMC Projects, Dr Jonathan Wolstenholme; and the president of ASSIST, Martin Milne.
Dr Jonathan Wolstenholme and President Martin Milne attended the ceremony online.
We are grateful to Ms Dgebuadze, the deputy minister of Education and Science, who awarded the winners, handed them certificates and wished them success.
