On January 22, the British University in Georgia team held an online meeting with Andy Poole, the Partnerships Director of Coursera for Campus. Coursera is a global educational platform, combining more than 200 leading universities and companies worldwide. Coursera for Campus supports universities so that they can better offer high-quality, job-relevant, credit and certificate-ready online modules. It makes education more global, international, and resilient to current lockdowns. The two parties discussed the possibilities of blending the new platform within the university curricula and agreed to launch a needs assessment process.
